The current situation in Israel: last night’s Bureau of International Affairs event

Yesterday evening Paul Gross, a Senior Fellow at the Menachem Begin Heritage Centre, gave an online talk to BBUK members on the current situation in Israel. He gave an overview of the scale of Israel’s current tragedy, the moves to broaden the government and the task that the country now faces after the tragic horrors of last week. He also spoke about the new re-alignments in Israeli politics following domestic developments in the country. Afterwards, he took many questions from those assembled, and was warmly thanked for speaking in such difficult circumstances.
