BBUK is the Data Controller – we hold your data and decide what to collect and how it will be used. BBUK will make sure that any personal data we hold is lawfully collected and used.

BBUK has a duty to protect your personal data which we take very seriously. We will store your personal data on a password protected electronic database. Only designated BBUK persons have access to this.

BBUK will use your personal data to provide membership services such as providing information about events, campaign updates, and newsletters.

We hold and process this data on the legal basis of legitimate interest: i.e. we process your personal data in order in order to provide you with membership services and to fulfil our charitable objectives.
