B’nai B’rith UK is appalled and devastated by the attacks on Israeli communities this morning. There are reports that at least 250 Israelis have been killed and dozens taken captive after terrorists fired thousands of rockets at Israeli communities. and infiltrated southern Israel this morning.

Our hearts grieve for all those who have lost their lives and suffered as a result of these murderous attacks. We are heartened that so many world governments have condemned Hamas, and their backers, and shown their solidarity with Israel in its hour of need.

Amid this unprecedented assault, we stand united with Israel in its determination to defend its citizens and defeat those who seek its destruction. B’nai B’rith UK is certain that Israelis will put aside their differences and come together to fight this menace collectively, and in a spirit of patriotism.
